I got four estimates, the deciding factor in choosing ABRA was that ABRA said they would get it done in one week, that did not happen-even though I called the week before and stated that I had selected ABRA and would have the truck at the shop at 8:00 AM 7-13-15.

From the start to the finish, the entire staff was efficient, attentive and very professional. Communication was great, from the email updates, to the phone calls, I was assured that the process was progressing. Linda, Gerri and Kim were a pleasure throughout. Even the young man at Enterprise too, that process was extremely easy. Unfortunately I've had several experiences with auto body companies, but this was my first time with Abra, and I was sincerely impressed.
