They lied to me! They told me my car will be ready with the next 10 days but it took them a month to have it done! Also I'm not happy with work done very unprofessional unfinished.
This Walter Cardona they unfinished my F 150 truck they lied to me in the estimate they suppose to change my windshield but they didn't change they bought and have in the shop but they never change because ins co told they won't pay for but they should pay I will talk with lawyer about, also they text my head light with a big gag and took a month to repair it to when they told me will be done with the next 8 days I won't recommend Desoto collation to nobody else no more because this matter

There should have been a bug shield applied to the truck, it wasn't. The paperwork shows a charge for it but it's not on the vehicle. The hood also needs adjusting because it's rubbing the fended. Can't slide a piece of paper through the seam. The passenger headlight has condensate inside the lens, it must be broken somewhere. Not too happy with the work.

It would have been nice to get a call alerting me of what time the vehicle would be available for pick up. I had to arrange getting picked up from the rental car place to the repair shop. It's hard to do that when you don't have a time to tell them. Other than I am very pleased w the work and services. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle they went over and beyond!
