The one thing that really bothered me (I answered yes to be nice) was that I had no idea what the timeline was because in all the texts I got, I rarely got any practical information just (don’t worry, you’re in good hands, etc ). For example when I finally asked what the timeline was, I was told end of the week, and then got a message it was “ahead of schedule” so reasonably believed I would get it back before the end of the week, but turns out there was a separate insurance timeline no one had ever told me about, and THAT was the one ahead of schedule. Regardless, it wasn’t ahead of that timeline either since I couldn’t pick it up in Belleville until Monday. I’m overall satisfied, but I really would have appreciated getting this information earlier in the process and without having to ask for it.

I have been going to X2 collision for many years. That is what this body shop was called befor you bought it. I had excellent service and the quality of the repair was second to none. I always got my vehicle back in better condition than I took it to them in every aspect. When I picked up my vehicle yesterday the inside was covered in body work dust so bad I could right my name in it. There was still rubing compound all over the outside of the vehicle and the clips for the whelk well molding are not installed correctly. This is not the quality I expect. I won't be back
