They were very unorganized when we brought the car to the shop. Starting with when you pull up there are huge signs saying stop here and honk for bay doors to open. We did that and the doors did not open. We then drove around to the front and went in and the girl said oh no one is on that end. Pull around now and I’ll open the door. The Geico rep came into the bay to look at the car and did not introduce herself She just mumbled under her breath that she was from Geico as she walked by. After that they asked us where we were going to have the work done. We said HERE! That’s why we are here. The first experience at this shop was very unprofessional and unorganized. Glen Carbon and Belleville Abra shops were wonderful when we went there. We will not go back to Maryville. The work on the car was fine but the staff was not.

The receptionists were very patient & soft spoken when taking my information. When I was handed over to the estimator Rick Wilkinson he was very patient, asked all the right questions & I could just tell that he had been doing this for a long time & knew his business. I was very pleased with the quick service too. When I picked up the car they had it all washed & clean. Would definitely use the again (as I have once before).
