I was told when I brought it in that all the scratches would be taken out and they weren't. My boss was with me and questioned it. I was guaranteed that they would come out. Now I'm being told they will try again or I can get it painted. I asked in the beginning about this and was told it didn't need painting. Now I have to bring it in and try again to get them out or be charged for painting the car. I feel I was misled. I would never had it buffed then to be told it needs painted.

The office team was extremely friendly and provided excellent and timely information, Staff went well out of their way to help return my car rental which really helped me save time and money.
