3rd time having a vehicle fixed at your shop and everyone is always friendly and professional. Don’t see any reason to go any place else, for the ones I’ve been to before pale in comparison. Tell everyone that it’s not unnoticed and it’s appreciated.

I don’t know if I’m satisfied because I have not picked up my car yet!!! I got a text today that said it’s ready for pick up and the shortly thereafter another that it has been picked up. That concern me because it is still at your yard. I tried to call, however, the office was closed for the fourth. I plan on calling the fifth and making sure they still have my car.

The front staff lead me to believe my job would be only 2-3 days, and it took 10 days. That is why I would have liked to speak with the professional before booking the repair. I think the initial consult regarding the repair should be with someone who actually does the work.
Also, the "reservation" she made for at enterprise rental car was never done.
They do not explain anything in detail before they expect you to sign all these papers.
I was dissatisfied with the front staff mostly. This process is so familiar to them, but not to the general public. They were too busy to explain anything.
The paint repair was done very well.

The car repair was perfect. I would trust you for any repairs. You did a marvelous job! I was asked if The car had any other issues and I said that I needed an oil change. The girl told me that she would write up a separate order for it. Obviously she didn't write up the order as one wasn't found and it never got done.

I’m impressed by the level of customer service at your shop. I’m not completely satisfied with the repair though. The drivers door down by the fender isn’t aligned correctly, it seems to be pushed in. Also, the left front fender has a pretty big gap between the hood and the fender. The paint work is great through.
