You did a nice job on the car. It looks great! Your ladies up front are warm, welcoming, and efficient. The two not so great points were the time you had the car, almost a month, and you did an inspection and I thought I was good to go only to have someone text and tell me I needed another almost $300 part/labor. Not sure why that wasn't caught during the inspection. Also not sure the loaners are checked before being sent with a customer. I had two low tires upon getting the car. Overall, I was happy, but maybe a few points you could improve on.
