The updates are awesome! One constructive comment on that though, USAA lists the name on the policy as: rank, last name, first name, just as the military does. All of my updates came addressed to TSgt Rod, instead of TSgt Rees.

Dave was amazing and seemed very experienced. Very nice. Personable and genuine. I had my truck repaired due to a collision but I had questions about other areas on my truck that didn't involve the accident and he took the time to talk to me about it at length two separate times.
When I picked up my truck the work was perfect. My truck was shining and the inside was vacuumed. I was very happy and impressed.
Because of the exceptional repair and Dave I plan to bring my truck back in the near future to get multiple things fixed.
