Overall, we are very pleased with the work done by Kenwood. Paul did our estimate and was prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. Julie was great. Friendly and excellent in following up with us. We cannot say enough good things about the customer service. We have used Kenwood several times and they have been consistently good. In fact, they discovered damage that neither the insurance estimator nor I saw initially and took care of it ... Delivering the car on the day promised. Bottom line, we are very pleased with Kenwood.

Though there were some issues with parts availability which caused frustration on both sides the folks at kenwood were professional and pleasant throughout the ordeal. thanks to both them and usaa's claim rep for eventually finding a part for our car and getting us back on the road. I would recommend you to anyone I know, despite the fact that repairs took far longer than anyone expected you did not give up, I am quite sure that this was a loss or break even if lucky job for you, it takes a lot of perseverance and fortitude to accomplish a repair like this one without ending in an adversarial angry relationship and you could not have done a better job. once again thanks,I would recommend you to anyone.
