Was impressed with the delivery time. I was also happy with the cleanliness of the car.

This was twice that your body shop had to put my truck back in top shape, which I had hope would never happen, but it did! Both times when I get it back a lot of people have to compliment my truck on how good it looks. I tell people when asked who did the repairs and that Duncan is the only shop I would ever take my vehicles to. They then ask me for your address and where Duncan is located. I've gotten so many compliments on the most recent repairs and paint job on my pickup, everybody tells me that my pickup looks perfect and is amazed at how good it turned out. I was just at a big reunion type picnic with old high school and car friends from the 70's, had my pickup there and my 1977 corvette, told my friends what had happen to my pickup and who repaired it and painted it. I lost count how many of them asked for name of your body shop and address and location. Take care of your employees that's the big thing is see at business's today, they alway's think he or she is replaceable, instead of being like old school day's, where management and employees treat each other with respect and cared about each other,and it wasn't always about the bottom line, but quality, and wanting to keep his or her employee's and build a good relationship between them. My car is all repaired. It looks great like I was never in an accident. They took care of the rental car to be picked up. They cleaned my car in the inside also. My car never looked better. They notified me with text messages on the process of my car. The whole thing was a smooth process. It would definitely recommend them.
