I really appreciated the way Mike took care of my repair and what really impressed me was that he called to make sure that I really wanted to proceed with a part of the repair that may not have been required. The car door was replaced nut it was not checked or insle ted. Had to turn around and come back to show rep window would not stay up. Very disappointed.
Car had dirty paper still inside with plastic mechanic used, was crumbled in seat.
Car has finger prints all over windows.
Don't feel like a valued customer with type of service.
Just had surgical procedure & made special effort to pick up the car on time.
Now I have to come back to have the door rechecked.

Always an amazing job. But beyond that, I have never felt cheated or taken advantage. If anything, I have always felt you guys make an extra effort to assure I get the best deal possible...whether that be in terms of repairs or making sure the insurance company is fulfilling everything they are responsible for. Thanks Anthony for waiting until after closing hours for me to pick up my car so that I wouldn't have to pay for two extra days of car rental!

My car was towed from the scene of the accident only a few miles away from the collision center and the tow truck charged me 270 plus the collision center chareged me another 250 for a storage fee for only a few hours. And then I towed my car to another body shop. The employee who helped me was okay though
