To the staff of SE Collision Center, I really want to thank you for fixing my car and getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Saving my 2012 Honda Fit, your team has left me speechless. Having the front of my Fit crumbled and nearly totaled, I thought that my Honda was done and designated to the scrap yard. But thanks to your hardworking staff, not only does my Honda look like it just rolled off the showroom floor, but your team completed it in less than 10 days. On top of that, I was felt very comfortable, knowing that I was receiving updates about the progress of the repair. In summary, I cannot be happier with the repair, process, and customer service of SE Collision Center.

Length of time to complete the repairs could have been better. The quality of the repair work is excellent, but the "Genesis" and "3.8" insignias that belong on the trunk lid were misplaced; I am still waiting for you to either find or replace them and remount them on my car. Your shop does excellent body work, and I would definitely use your services again should the need arise. The car looks like new. Would really appreciate you resolving the missing isignia problem ASAP.

the bumper is not properly installed and its clear from the visual inspection work has been done on the car. I am surprised this has not been explained and noted during the review. One can see the bumper unevenly installed with gaps on the side. I also don't have any indication what's been done behind the bumper..., pictures should have been taken.
