We had some problems with the BMW parts supplier. However, Connor kept me informed about the various repairs underway with the car and the problems with the parts vendor. He strove to reduce our inconvenience from the delay caused by the supplier and promptly got the car back to us today, the car repairs look quite satisfactory, and he had the car detailed for us. The service I received at Fix Auto was exemplary. From the representative at the front desk (Gina) to the estimator (Conner) everyone was professional and courteous. My car was completed a day in advance of the estimated date and I was kept updated through texts that provided me with the final cost that was less than the initial estimate. This information was so valuable that it was worth my 3 stop Uber trip to save $90! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional service from the front desk to the crew who returned my car to it’s original new car status!!!

I dropped it off on Nov 5 for the estimate. She said she’’d slot it in for the following week, but then no one called me to tell me when it might be worked on, how long it might take, when it might be done. I called several times, and I understand that committing to a deadline is tough, but we all know that it takes max a day or two to get a part in Seattle, if even that long. I finally got a text on Monday, the 18th saying it would be ready at 4:30. I called to confirm, and she said she’s call back when she had the keys. I didn’t get a call. I called again Tues the 19th, and she said she would find out when it would be ready. Everyone is very pleasant and nice, but the scheduling seems entirely hopeless. Other than that, the bodywork seems professional and the paint job is excellent. Thank you.

The guy that looked at my car noted that the scratches on the door were not associated with the crash repair (which I disagree with). He did indicate that someone would look them over and be able to buff them out, but this wasn't done when I picked up the car. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to say anything, and would really like to have them looked at and addressed if possible.
