When evaluating for the repair Connor clearly stated what was and was not covered, what the extent of their warranty was and indicated what damage (outside insurance work) would be needed to repaired ensure the full warranty applied to the repair.
The repair did take longer than expected, but Connor was kept me up-to-date on progress and even offered to help set up a rental car.
The overall repair quality is on par with factory new. The car was returned washed inside and out, and frankly is at it's cleanest since purchase.
Connor and the repair team did an awesome job, and I'd recommend them for paint & body work any day.

the work is great but estimating completion is really weak. I understand that you are dependent upon subcontractors but letting me know "the day" the car is to be ready that it will be another week is unacceptable. I had plans to use the car for the weekend going to the mountains. I can't believe you didn't know about the delay "until" the last minute. More heads up would be nice. Other than that, people are great and work is superb. I will return for sure but next time be **** of time estimates.
