The person who manages the front desk was amazing, keeping in touch with me about the status of the car, and even arranging for me to have a loaner while the repairs were being done.
My experience with everyone was that the shop is both friendly and professional. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

Everyone I worked with at fix auto was great. The office ladies were fantastic and helpful. There was a slight mix up with ordering the authentic part I requested but they figured out where the mishap was and got everything figured out and I was still able to get my car back in the previously estimated amount of time.
