I had a very negative experience with your shop. I will leave a negative comment on yelp.
My car was in your shop for nearly 45 days.
The communication with me with respect to the estimate and duration of the fix was extremely poor.
I kept asking why it has to take so much time to fix my car and I was never getting a straight answer.
The estimate changed a couple of times. The initial estimate was around $6,000 and the final cost was 50% more. I understand that new damages may be found but I expect a better accuracy in estimating the damages.
Finally, I had to ask my insurance company to call you guys to find out why the car is not being fixed already.
When I picked up the car, it was out of gas and dirty.
Very disappointing...

Workmanship appears fine. However your automated status report is worthless. I received three separate completion "estimates" which disagreed with phoned emailed status. The worst was a 62% estimate followed by an email 4 hours later saying the repair was complete. Please pick up the car!

I asked specifically to have an area looked at for a quote for repair and that was never done - this despite me reviewing and one of your employees photographing the area in question.
I also emailed regarding this but never received any response.
I know must redo all of this again at another time when I could have potentially done this once.
Also never received confirmation that enterprise picked up the rental car.

Happy with everything except for the initial experience with the Hertz office I was first brought to for s rental car(near Safeco). Customers should not be brought there- it was shady and they only had **** (unacceptable) car available.
