The girls at the front desk are very friendly and their customer service is outstanding. I was about to go on a trip to Europe when my car got damaged. even though my insurance would provide a loan car the girls scheduled everything in such a way that the car got fixed during my trip and was ready at the day of my return. They also kept me updated by email! When I walked into the office without an appointment they even remembered my name and asked about my trip! This is the second time for me at auto fix and again it was a great and satisfying experience. Thank you it is much appreciated

Based on my experience, there are two major areas that I would make comments on: ****. Customer service I always felt rushed by Fix Auto staff, and I did not appreciate that. There was an issue with scheduling the estimate where Fix Auto claimed that the estimate was at 4 PM, whereas I had scheduled the appointment for 4:30 PM. Fix Auto was not willing to do the estimate on that day, even though there apparently was a miscommunication, and I had to reschedule and come again. This was a great inconvenience for me and the way this situation was handled by your staff did not inspire confidence in the quality of your customer service. When the estimate was done, your staff tried to rush me through and just explain everything on paper. I had to request that your staff show me in person which items on the car corresponded with which items on paper. I would have felt much more reassured about the validity of the estimate had your staff done this kind of explanation in the first place. While your staff did fairly well during the first few days of the repair of keeping me informed, the message was inconsistent. At first, your staff called and emailed me letting me know that my repair was expected to be completed on a particular day. Then, twenty minutes later, an automated email came from your staff stating that the repair would be completed sooner. More importantly, your staff did not do a good job of keeping me informed on the days that the car was expected to be finished. On the expected completion day, I had to call Fix Auto in the afternoon in order to be informed that the car would not be ready on that day. On the following day, I had to call Fix Auto again in the afternoon to figure out if the car would be ready or not. This was a great inconvenience because I had very limited ability to schedule my getting to Fix Auto. Having advance notice earlier in the day would have been helpful, but no such notice was provided. 2. Attention to detail in repair of vehicle When you were ready to return the car to me, several items were missed in the repair, which I had to catch and come back to make you correct: -Forgot to attach mud flaps to the bumper -Forgot to attach the name plate to the car (YOU CHARGED FOR PARTS AND LABOR FOR THIS, SO MISSING THIS IS TOTALLY INEXCUSABLE) -Had to adjust plastic molding along windshield because it wasn't fully snapped in -Had to adjust plastic pieces on trunk lid covering license plate lights The shop tech admitted that your staff were rushing to get my car out and done. I would have preferred that your staff took their time and actually get everything right rather than rushing to get my car finished. Considering that the above issues were only addressed when I pointed them out, I wonder what else may have been missed that I did not notice. This does not inspire confidence in the quality of your repair, and I doubt I would come back here for future repairs.

The repair work seems excellent. The main feedback: ****) The job took longer than originally predicted. I was told 2.5-3 weeks and it ended up being more like 4-4.5 weeks. Communication about this was generally good. 2) My insurance adjustor says he contacted Fix Auto on March 6 with the payment info needed for Safeco to take care of the deductible, but this somehow was not done, so I ended up having to pay the deductible when I picked the car up. Safeco will reimburse me, but this was a minor extra hassle. 3) The car was returned to us in clean condition, but the interior has a toxic cleaning odor that has been slow to dissipate. I would suggest giving customers the option of an odorless or natural cleaner in the future. Thanks, Jake

Everyone was Awesome ------ from the staff at the front desk to the technicians. My car looks great! I would give them an A plus. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired there. I'm also grateful that they alerted me to a serious safety issue going on with my car and they helped me facilitate the mechanical repair I needed with another shop. Kudos to Fixx auto and their staff.

I wish the wait time to get my car fixed did not take so long since it was a quick fix, but I suppose everyone wishes that. The woman at the front desk (I forget her name) was very nice and friendly, though, I definitely appreciated that.

At first I wasn't sure, because the car battery was dead when I picked up the car, so they had to charge it. Then the car's computer was screwed up so the car didn't run properly, so I had to come back the next day for the technician to reset it. (Wish they could have confirmed that the battery and computer were OK before I picked up the car.) But all is well now, and the repair job is good, so I am now happy. Employees were very pleasant to work with.

Friendly, professional staff that seems to enjoy what they do. Was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the interior of my car, not just washed the exterior. Throughout the time my car was with them, they gave me judicious updates. I appreciated the brevity of the explanations and the option to receive updates via text. Would definitely recommend them if someone was in the unfortunate position of needing their auto repaired.
