Everything was just fine. Only issue was that they lost our key to the car that had to be reordered. The General Manager, Jerry, did an excellent job of contacting me and letting me know about the issue. He was also very willing to do anything needed to resolve the issue including paying for the replacement key.

No issues with the actual work itself. However, I do not like the business practice of bait-n-wait and broken promises on updates. ****- I was told that the shop had openings and thus to bring my car in. However, the shop has an unprofessional practice of taking the car in now while knowing that they do not have any openings and would not be starting the review/estimate until 2 or 3 days later! This results in the customer being w/out his/her car for more days than is necessary. 2- As my repair was superficial, I was given a pre-estimate of around 2-3 days repair time. The repair took over a week. 3- Once I got the initial date/time estimate, I was told that I would be contacted again once that date/time was confirmed. That contact never happened so i had to call and email to chase the confirmation.

Communication throughout was amazing, rental car drop off and pick up fantastic. Attention to detail on the repair less so. I have trim panels in my trunk that are out of alignment, there are dirty finger prints all over the white trim in the trunk and a piece of the trim is missing, which is now on order and will have to be installed later.
