When you disconnected my battery you never reset the clock or radio. A warning I would need to reset everything would have been nice to get. Thanks for doing the job so fast. I was not expecting that.

Our vehicle looks great and brand new which is expected since we only had it a few months before the person hit it. However what made the difference in our experience is the people at Fix Auto!! I had to bring my 2 year old for the estimate and drop off which could have been chaos but wasn’t. They were super kind and friendly to her, the relationship they have with Enterprise made it super easy to get us into a rental and to drop it off there, they assured me they would work with Geico to make all charges covered, PLUS Carla gave my daughter the sweetest gift ever!!! Things removed from car and not replaced..minor things, but regardless..anything in car should be still there on pick up....small ding (paint missing) on hood....Was not there when car was brought in. I will not recommend Fix to friends.

We have a scraping noise. The right front wheel well parts may not have been assembled correctly. We also hear what appears to be a scrap noise and feel. It feels like the car is bottoming out on somewhere. We need to come back so you can fix it. Alternatively, we could go to Burien Japanese, our independent mechanic to have,the work done and invoice you back. I think you would prefer the former. I'll likely call you Monday, February 26th to arrange an appointment. Thanks, Bill and Patricia.
