If my service adviser didn't want to talk to me my calls were not responded to. I was concerned about my claims rep from Nat. Gen. as he had a history of not being responsive as well as errors & simply lying. I was not advised when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Although we did receive a text of completion of repairs I was not able to since Nat Gen hadn't yet finalized. When it was finalized Marissa didn't notify my. Friday it was ready but couldn't pickup until Monday afternoon since we were not contacted. I had been very stressed with my husbands illness & hospitalization. Felt like I had no one to help us to get our car back in a timely manner. We have new insurance co now & would not come back to Fix Auto. Please do not call. Ladies in office have bad attitude about customer service.I was referred to as the "lady from yesterday" how much was I talked & complained about?

Very friendly, very caring individuals. They kept me posted every step of the way via text message and I could reachthem the same way and did! SO easy, modern and convenient.
I was even able to return my rental car there instead of having to return it directly to Hertz, thus saving several steps and a lot of inconvenience.
My car looks great and I will definitely refer friends there or use them again if needed
