My car looks and sounds great so the team really did a good job. They even went above and beyond by buffing or painting over some other miscellaneous scrapes that my car had. The only thing that could've been a little better was communication. During my original estimate appointment I was told that it could take anywhere from 2 to 14 days to get my car back because they weren't sure what damage existed underneath which was totally understandable. But after 48 hours of having my car the only update I had received was that they were working on my car. When I called them they told me it would be done in 2 more days. I'm glad that it was done quickly but since I had a rental car there were other arrangements that I had to make. Also, I called the office three different times to see if they offered any sort of shuttle service. The first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes and ended up hanging up. The second time I was told that sometimes they do but wasn't given a definite answer. The third time was when I made my appointment and they said that they could arrange drop off service. Overall, my car looks great and I am so happy that they got it done so quickly and did such a great job. I would certainly refer the company to others and would use them again (but hopefully won't have to!). Thanks!

They painted my bumper the wrong shade of white. They also missed some scratches on the body where the bumper meets the rest of the car
