I think the problem was caused by replacing one of your employees angel? No one contacted be for 3 weeks after I got the first estimate although was told I would be contacted as soon as the new bumper cover arrived. Turns out since Saturn is no longer produced ther was no bumper cover! No one called me and I drove with the bumper tied down for 3 weeks and I took you guys another week to reappraise the damage etc. after all the confusion every one was very helpful.
