There isn't anything I can add to the way you handle everything in regard to the service except I would say other businesses, regardless of what they are, could learn some lessons from you.

2) But, when we dropped the Element off to be repaired there was nothing else wrong. After picking up the vehicle, the "TPMS" dash light came on (and stays on) and the steering shimmies a little at beltway speeds.
