The body work was perfectly done. I appreciated that the car was vaccumed. I left my house key on the key ring of the loaner car. The young woman @ the morning service desk discovered my mistake & made sure that it was returned to me. I had excellant ++ service.

The repairman did not reconnect the cable on the front driver side so my windows were not able to be opened or shut nor could I unlock the doors. I spent an entire morning at Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota where I service my car to get this inconvenience fixed. I did not realize it was caused by Ourisman Dodge until the Toyota service person asked if anyone had worked on my car and I told him what happened.

Just a few suggestions:
Prior to the customer coming to pick up the car, make sure the work has been inspected, e.g., quality control.
When the customer comes to pick up the vehicle, make sure a representative walks out to the car with the customer and have the rep review the work performed.
The first time I went to pick up my car, I was told that my car was out on the lot by the cashier. I went to the area that she directed me to and it was not there, leaving me to search for my vehicle. I did the inspection of the work alone, only to discover that I was not satisfied with the work that was performed. I had to request that someone come out and look at the work performed with me and that's when I explained to the body shop manager (Chuck) why I was not satisfied.
Ultimately, the issues I had were corrected and when I returned all the things I suggested here that should have been done initially, were done.
A rep walked out with me, we looked over the car. He explained to me the work that was done and I was completely satisfied.
