I will use absolutely the Ourisman Autobody shop again and recommend to friends; customer service was excellent all-around and the work was done quickly and looks great!

When I dropped my car off, I was informed the Geico representative was running late, but another person was going to help me. My car is black and was wet from rain, so the damage was hard to see, but the person helping me assured me the car would be dried and given a full inspection of the damage. Just as I was leaving, the Geico representative arrived and I went over the same thing with him. I felt very well taken care of and assured my car was in good hands. When my vehicle was finished earlier than expected I was very happy. I went to pick it up and it seemed like all the customer service vanished. No one helped us, my husband had to seek someone. We were just given the keys and told to go get our car and no one went over the repairs with us. Also, it looked like someone tried to wash my car, but did a terrible job. After inspecting my car, I noticed a scratch on the door. My husband informed an employee and he said he wasn't familiar with our case so we had to call back Monday. I found this to be terrible service. Monday, I called and after several attempts of trying to get someone on the phone, the person said the damage was not covered in the estimate. I found this to be poor service. Now I have to make a second trip to the dealer and waste more of my time to have something done that should have been done right the first time.

My overall experience was just nothing like it should have been and has been at the past at Koons Collision Center. Reaching the right people on the phone at Ourisman was like pulling teeth. And I always had to call them. I also reminded them every day I called that a specific component of my car needed to be looked at (this was done through a Geico Auto-express claim) and each time was told they would check it out. When I was called to pick it up, I asked about this component and was told "yeah, there's nothing wrong with it" only to pick it up and the horn is not working, as well as a large gap between the headlights and the new bumper, which creates a whistling noise while driving. When I picked it up, no one walked me to the car. They made me pay first then told me where it was parked. It was so late in the day all the appropriate people to talk to had left, so I was forced to drive away with an unsatisfactory job done. Sadly, it was frustrating and disappointing. And even more so now that I have to return there to have the bumper adjusted and the horn finally dealt with.

Turn signal on the damaged side of the car is blinking fast, suggesting it's not completely repaired. Darick said I could bring it back and they'd fix it, but I haven't had time yet to do that. Even if it is fixed this time, though, it's frustrating to have to come back again for something that should have been fixed the first time. Please do not call me, I'll bring it back to be fixed when I have time.
