The environment was very professional and the staff was courteous while providing introductions and an overview of repairs. The status updates during the repair process were greatly appreciated. I only wish that when I picked up my vehicle that staff would walk out to the vehicle with me to inspect the repairs before finalizing the paperwork. I was made to sign and accept the repairs before the vehicle was seen then given my key and told where my vehicle was in the parking lot. Other than that, my vehicle was amazing and received in excellent condition!

Usually I have a pretty smooth experience when getting my car repaired through my insurance. However, this time was not the case. The rental car I received had bad windshield wipers on them. It was to the point I could barely see when it rained and it rained for 2 days while I had the vehicle. I also received an email stating that my car would be ready by Friday and that if their were any delays that I would receive another email or call. By 1pm Saturday I still have not received an email stating my car was ready or that the expected completion date was pushed back. Once I called the gentleman I spoke with stated that my car has been ready since Friday and I can pick it up (which annoyed me because I had been waiting for someone to call or email me). So i drove up there to pick up my car but, when I spoke to the receptionist she couldn't find the invoice and I had to check with the auto body shop which was in the back. Which was ok because she was actually really nice and professional. Honestly she was the only one that kept me from getting too upset in the waiting area. So i walk over to the office in the back and stood there for 15 mins as to gentleman sat at the desk in the back talking and neither one of them acknowledged the fact I was standing there. I wasn't sure if I was waiting for one of them or if someone else is coming to the desk but, they ignored me. So i walked back over and told the receptionist what happened and she immediately walked over to find out why I was waiting so long.She walked back over with the gentleman that was supposed to be at the desk and after all that my car was not ready. At that point I even mentioned the fact that the car has bad wipers and nothing was done about it. Besides the receptionist helping me, this experience was horrible.
