I was told that the repair would take 2-3 days or up to ****.5 weeks if the door needed to be replaced. In reality, the repair took 15 days.
My main complaint, however is the lack of notification as

There was poor communication throughout this whole thing. I asked multiple times to be briefed on what repairs were being done and couldn’t get an answer. Furthermore, I’ve lost track of how long the repairs have taken, but I know it’s been multiple weeks. Why would you charge to remove and replace the same wheel and why would you do a front end alignment and then tell the customer they need new shocks and brakes. Seems you might do an alignment after replacing shocks not before?!?
