Original estimate was $1264.59, I realize that there could be unknown damage that was not noticeable. The cost doubled to $2621.03 which I thought was a little excessive unless the original estemate was low balled? I also had to return to shop because bumper cover popped off on corner. otherwise finish was good

They text updates are nice but not really accurate. I got an update saying it would be longer than expected 10 min after the original text said my car would be ready. If I had gone and expected my car I would have been highly upset.
Please consider pushing out the time farther than expected and delivering the before that as an example if you think the car or know the car will be ready by noon on Tuesday tell the customer 5pm on Tues or Wednesday morning that way they are happily surprised when it’s ready at noon on Tuesday.
