I liked receiving the automatic updates by email but Brenda would follow up on those personally by email or phone call to make sure I really knew about the progress of my vehicle. I would like to thank everyone who worked hard to get my vehicle back just in time for Christmas. And thank you Brenda for sharing that tearful moment when I saw what a beautiful job you guys did. This is the 2nd time I've had a vehicle repaired at Dan's. Brenda was my estimator both times and is wonderful...professional, personable and very concerned that the customer is completely satisfied. The vehicle looks perfect after the repair, it was washed and detailed inside and out and they even replaced my old door guards with new ones at no charge. While I hope not to have to come back there for repairs, only because it means there has been damage to my vehicle, if I do need vehicle damage repair, Dan's will always be my first choice.

My car is as beautiful as the day it left the showroom. Patience is a virtue, it pays off with a flawess car. Took almost 6 weeks to bring my baby back to life. They put the Hellcat lower box, changed the oil and detailed it. When they send me the survey, it'll be top ratings. Tell your insurance that you insist on Dan's.
