What I am unsatisfied about is
****. I was told my appointment was for Monday 8-8-16, but you didn't start work on it until Tuesday 8-9-16 per your phone call to me on 8-8-16. Causing me to be without a vehicle and out a day's pay.
2. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, I was told the total was $135 more than the original cost quoted to me. After inquiries, it seems a part was replaced that I stressed was not needed, as well as asking you to call before any other work was done other than bumper repair, this agreement was prior to my appointment.
All in all, I did end up with a free part, I thought it unprofessional that my request was not met and a phone call not given to ask if I wanted the new part.

Whoever repaired my car scratched my car in the process of repairing the damage from my two different wrecks. I am very disappointed with the repairs that were done. Then, they acted like my car looked like that before the repairs were done. There are pictures that say otherwise. I am planning on calling today and I hope that they take responsibility for the scratches that were not on my car before I brought it to Warrensburg Collision.
