This time my car was no up to satisfaction. It was very dirty inside and there are marks, scraps, and even deep gouges that were not there when I dropped it off. I am very disappointed in the way my car was given to me, plus the detailer left wax on my car (not a big deal) but that means he was rushing and not taking his time to make sure my car clean and ready to go. No one did a walk around with me like they did when I dropped it off. But I want those scraps and scratchers fixed
