I am satisfied with work done but would have liked more notice to pick up my car, got an email at 3:30pn to pick up my car before 6pm, unfortunately we are busy people and this really was a struggle for me to accomplish, especially because I wS told the day before it would be delayed one day, beside this I was pleased with the work and how well my car was cleaned

The work on my car was not entirely done. I'm a bit irritated that the car was not fully inspected like I was assured it would be. The inside of my car was not repaired although I had pointed it out to the services reps when I first initially spoke to them. Until all the work to my car is not 100% completed I will not be satisfied.

All your staff are very knowledgeable about auto repairs and the entire customer experience when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and all peripherals. They are extremely polite.
