Richard and Jessica at Auto-Tech provided Great Customer Service. The only aspect I did'nt like was when my car was promised on a Wed it was suddenly delayed it seemed because of an incorrect car part, In the future I think it would be better to ensure all the details pertaining to car completion are covered before promising the customer a time/date their car is ready for pick so to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction ????

Hi there, Your staff is amazing. Only thing was that I was charged an extra day for my rental when I specifically called ahead to make sure this wouldn't happen. I was working the day my car was ready to be picked up and was told I could pick up my car the next morning and not be charged an extra day for the rental. If there is any way to erase this charge, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you again! Ashlee M

I also felt very assured when Richard did the visual car inspection, he was also very patient with my questions. There was another car inspection when the parts came, and that dude was also great.
