Keith and Sarah were very helpful and kept me informed about the progress of my car. It was a little confusing hearing that the car was on track for completion ****/31 and then it took another 7 days to be reassembled and recalibrated. It would have been helpful to know that ****/31 wasn't the "final" completion stage. Otherwise great.
