My car looks great! The service is so s-l-o-w!! I've been four times and never for less than an hour. Todayi got there a few minutes early so I'd be ready to pick up my car right at five when it was going to be ready. At 4:20 I was told it was being cleaned. At 4:50, same story. Just 20 more minutes. At 5:35 (!) same story
Finally got the car at 5:45. Missing my driver side floor mat. Good body work. Super slow, unresponsive staff.

The only issue was the completion date; Made me go twice to the shop just to find out my car was not ready. Everything else was really good, the paint job is excellent, they match the color really well, the appraiser was really nice and very knowledgeable, the front office ladies were also very polite and nice.

A little bit of confusion in the office about my insurance paying for this repair. GEICO sent me to you. They called my insurance and got a confirmation that my insurance was paying. At first they wanted me to pay with a check or credit card.
