I’m pretty sure your repair technicians can tell that the bumper you repaired was clearly a different color than my car. I don’t understand why you think that was acceptable work and wasted my time to pick up my car and now I have to bring it back next week. And if your technicians couldn’t tell the color difference, then he/ she shouldn’t be working there because I’m not a pro at car repair, but I can clearly see it’s not the same color. This experience has been very unprofessional. My time is valuable and it’s been sadly wasted.

The paint job was so bad with overspay into the plastic sill. I left the car one more day to correct the defective work but nothing has been done. A customer service called me to pick up the vehicle and bring back another time to fix the defective work. I have to make 3 round trips to the body shop instead of one trip.
