Took longer then I was originally told. The night I got the car had to call road service for a dead battery. Was deal again this morning. Took it to the dealer where i bought and they had to replace the battery. Fortunately the battery was under warranty but the time I had to spend dealing with this today was annoying. They told me that the battery ran down while in your shop. This does not make me a happy camper. Woody P

Obstinate and hard to deal with I was denyed access to my car until the ransom was paid.(towing charges) 500 for 2 mile tow. Paul was aggressive and demanding he spoke loud and fast. Overall I would say this was very stressful and the worst experience I have ever had. I am satisfied now that my vehicle is not going to be repaired at your shop.
