I picked my car up today and the bumper is still damaged, when I pointed out the damaged area that has not been repaired, they asked if it has been there, when I said no, it was from the accident, they said that “they’d take my word for it” making me feel offended that they would suspect me of lying. Especially when that area was part of where it was damaged.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Service King. I was in a slight collision and the at fault party has a less than accommodating insurance company. Service King stepped in, took over all dealings with the insurance company for me, and had my car back to me in a weeks time. I know my damage was not that bad, but I have every confidence that had it been, Service King would have been just as professional, and efficient in completing my repairs.
