This is the third time I used Svc King. I was satisfied with the previous visits as well reason I trusted my car to SK this time around. Dennis was very professional and explained the repairs in detail step by step. My car was ready in the promised time. But this time around Ingot text messages and a fallow up phone call from**** on the repair progress. The negative thing I feel I should mentioned is that the receptionist when I first went for my estimate was not as aware of the customers around and more ingaged in the computer. She then left the desk for over 15 minutes an several clients that arrived had stand around unattended. But overal SK gets 10 out of 10. Car looks great. Tku - Luis G
