Simon was very professional. Every staff member I communicated with was very nice and treated me like I mattered. I called several times to get the status of my vehicle and they responded quickly each time. While my repair took a little longer than expected, I know it was because Service King wouldn't allow me to leave with anything less than perfect. I appreciate everything Service King did for my Jett TDI. I have already begun to recommend Service King to my friends and customers.
