Simon is awesome. By far the best service writer I have used. He's was very professional with my 17 year old son who kept calling to get updates. He could have easily blown him off. He continued to keep us updated. I have used your services in the past and Simon blows the other service writers away. I had explained to Simon how picky I was and he continued to inspect the car to make sure it would pass my satisfaction. Great job! We would not hesitate coming back (hopefully never) or recommend Simon and Service King to our friends.
