Amazing

All repairs weren't completed. Vehicle was not adequately cleaned (interior) spots on seats, body work dust throughout cab of truck. Parts weren't ordered correctly or shipped properly? I was however impressed with the email updates on the progress of repairs on truck. Simon was my direct point of contact during the process and he exhibited very professional and was apologetic for the failure in service and promise to make all necessary accomodation to right the wrong. He stated that that Service King would provide me with a rental car at no expense to me if the repairs took longer than a day. He also assured me that he would have the interior of my truck professionally detailed. If all of the above promises are kept. I will commend Service King on their ability to recover from the fall. We all falter at times and allow things to slip through the cracks. We just have to acknowledge the failure and take ownership and fix the break down in our processes. I too, work in a service industry...and that's all we have to offer is the very best service we can provide. That's what differentiates us from our competitors! I

Danny and his team were horrible! It took a month and half to get my car back and it was still broken. My when I got my car back the windshield had a massive crack on the from tip to bottom. I asked Danny what caused it and he said the sun did it. I said well are you going to fix it and his response was it's not my car. It was in his responsibility for a month and a half and he caused even more problems with my car. My battery was completely dead and he said the same thing that the sun caused it to die and it was my responsibility to fix it even though it was under his watch for a month and half. When I got my car back I was missing a piece on my windshield, there was a piece broken off of my center console, the car looked like a dust storm went through it because it was so dirty! Then after I got my car he said you'll be getting a survey soon don't put anything below a 9 because that will mess up my salary. He was horrible! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. If anything I'd tell everyone to stay away unless you want to wait 3x longer to get your car back, have lame excuses as to why other stuff is broken and have him say you need to pay for their mistakes, then after all that get your car back with even more problems. Horrible! I'll be giving him a **** on his survey...
