I was greatly disappointed when I noticed the job was half fast and not complete.
There were 3 different damages to the door that were not addressed therefore making the job incomplete. When I spoke to Dillon he made me feel confident about the job they would be doing but to my surprise I felt like I was let down and lied too. He did offer to fix it and get it right but it’s after the fact and I will very honest about my experience with Service King on any rating to social media. Nothing personal just expected a professional to oversee the job. 2 star rating

Window tint is scratched. That’s being handled. There seems to be a short in the drivers side door that was repaired. Locks by itself and then will lock & unlock on its own. Drivers door handle seems lose And more wind seems to be coming in on the freeway.
Dylan was very responsive on the tint issue. I’ll follow up on these issues as well
