Overall, we have the car back now and everything is fine. However, throughout the process we were told several times “the car will be ready by Thursday at 1pm” then at 12:45 on Thursday, we get a call that “unfortunately, there was a problem and it’s going to be two more days.” This scenario happened 3 times. It also seemed like we got constantly changing answers on why the delays and it came out st the end that it was a problem all along with the technician working on our car. It would’ve been much easier to deal with and plan our life around if they just said “it’s going to take **** amount of time” but the constant “2 more days” and “maybe tomorrow” really disrupt your life and routine, especially with something as important as our primary vehicle.

Danny and the Team at Service King did a great job getting the cat back in shape. Work with our insurance company was seamless. The team even helped work competitive prices for additional work outside the claim coverages.
The team was very professional and friendly throughout the process. Great service.
Only recommendation would be a slightly more responsive email process.

First, I was in a car accident. I was hit on the left rear tire. After the accident, my vehicle was pulling to the right, including the damage to the rear tire. I just recently picked up my vehicle and it is still pulling to the right. It was not doing this before the accident. I do not feel safe driving my vehicle at this time. Chris Wade (advisor) said they tried to fix the pulling, but could not state it was from the accident. It was looked at by a third party, Quality Star Imports and Domestics. A mechanic there stated they pulling was do to ware and tear. Unless, my insurance authorize it or was told by Service King that it was because of the accident, it would not be fixed. If Chris Wade felt like it warranted a 4 wheel alignment, how could this not be part of an accident? You are taking the word of a third party all because your shop is incapable of putting an F250 on a lift? I spoke with my regular mechanic and he said the 4 wheel alignment done by Service King/Quality Imports might have pushed the front alignment out. And, maybe that is why, it is pulling to the right, still. Also, the customer service was not up to par. Not friendly, nor professional. First impression was horrible. I went to Service King again, cause the service was fantastic from the last time I was there (the location was on Rancho Drive). I will never take my vehicle back to a Service King, knowing the experience I just went through, the service advisor’s attitude and your shop capabilities.
