Very curious whenever I call David answered any questions and trying to let me know your progress and it was going on on the car I would gladly bring my car's back to him and Service King for any other work I need done on any of my other cars thank you for working on my car I would recommend Service King to my friends and family thank you David for all your help and walking me to my car and explaining everything that you did in great detail

After careful inspection and pointing out sevrral issues, everything came out looking good. The management was very concerned about making me happy with their service. The employees in the back need to learn what customer is and be careful what they say. Telling an account rep that they're on lunch and the customer would have to wait until lunch is done is completely unprofessional and should be addressed immediately.
