My car drives worse now than when it was left at your shop for repairs. Obviously you did not perform an alignment or if you did you did not do a road test. Shame on you
Also, since you say you are very particular about how the car looks, Why were you too lazy too clean the bugs from the front license plate. Someone handled at least twice.
