Service King has been some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. From the moment I dropped my car off Kyla was very informative. She told me everything that I needed to know. I received texts throughout the time my car was being worked on to keep my updated. There was no confusion or information that anyone left out at all. This is the best service I have received in so long. Service King truly cares about their customers. I was able to pick my car up exactly at the time they said it would be finished. Kyla mentioned several times that I should not hesitate to call her if there is something I notice about my cars condition. My cars drives great and they even washed the interior and exterior for me. It totally felt I got a new car when I picked it up.

When I told the assessor about what I wanted done I don’t think I was being heard. The repair I needed went beyond and not in a good way. I never got a call explaining what needed to be done, how much, time estimate, etc. BEFORE they started the work. I would have liked a clear and thorough conversation before it was too late and no turning back. I felt that because I went through my insurance it was taken advantage of and the extra repairs ran up my estimate which caused me to pay my full deductible, which if they stuck with just the initial door repair would not have been that much. Perhaps that was my fault but I still
would’ve liked a full briefing before the process started.
Upon getting my car back a door piece was missing from inside the door that wasn’t being repaired and my alignment is really off. Having gone through all this I can’t recommend this shop to anyone nor will I be returning.
