I picked up my truck and found that the headlights don’t work the horn don’t work no tail lights my brake controller don’t work interior dome lights don’t work truck loses power and the gas pedal works on and off so I’m stuck at an idle I have to shut off the truck then restart it a few times to get it to work super pissed about the whole thing on top of now I have to take another day off to take the truck back to have them fix this stuff I feel like all this should have been checked before the truck was released to me very unprofessional

Everyone who helped me with my vehicle was wonderful, sweet, and timely with my repairs. Lisa French was my USAA representative an did ask incredible job letting me know my coverage. They moved up the date of my repair by about a week, then later told me it's be even a few days earlier than that. There was also an additional dent in my car not caused by the incident which they just took care of for me at no cost.
