Regardless of the reason, You had my car for17 days...much too long. I think you should have known that the hatch was aluminum beforehand and that you were going to have to replace it instead of repairing it. You did a beautiful job on the car, but not a very good job of presenting it to me upon completion. I take super care of my cars and do not leave water all over them when they have been washed. Because of this, I took the car to the car wash today and had it proplerly washed and cleaned. Now it looks like my cars usually look.
Your friendliness is greatly appreciated and the repair job is quite superbe. However, "back on the farm"....... I do hope that nobody else rams into me again but if they do, be assured that I will bring my car back to you. Sissy Haskell
