The intake process and woman who work in that process were very friendly and helpful. They provided information and continued to follow up on the progress of our intended repairs. When we were evacuated from area, they were able to reschedule almost immediately. The only thing that we have not been able to understand is the billing, which I think is from USAA side, reports they send on payment don't jive with fee/charges we paid. We will definitely recommend AAB to outhers.
